Yes! It’s possible. You can receive emails of multiple Gmail account in a single Gmail account. So, if you have more than one active Gmail account and you have to check all of them, just check the primary one. You will have Emails of multiple Gmail addresses under one Gmail Account.
So, let start with these easy steps.
Step 1: Include a secondary Gmail account with the Primary
Firstly, choose which Gmail account will be your primary account from where you can send, receive and search emails from the secondary Gmail account. Now Sign in into the primary Gmail account.
Click on the gear icon in the right top corner of the screen and then select the Settings menu from the list.
Now, click on the Accounts and Import tab. Then under Send mail as section click on Add another email address you own link.
A popup webpage will appear where the name field will be auto-filled, you just have to put the desired secondary Gmail account id and go for Next Step button.
Now, Gmail will ask you to send a verification message to the secondary email to confirm that you are the owner of the account. So, click on the Send Verification button.
Put the verification code and Verify.
Step 2: Enable forward incoming Email:
Now, open the settings for the secondary Gmail Account and go for Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab then click on the Add a forwarding address. A popup will open where just put the primary address and go for next button and then confirm.
Automatically, Gmail will send a confirmation mail to the primary account. A confirmation link will be provided in the mail content. Click on that link.
Again go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab under the settings menu of the second mail account. Then check Forward a copy of incoming mail to option as required and save changes.
You are done !!!
Now, all the incoming mail for the secondary Gmail account will be available in the primary account as well. Yooohoooo…
